Job Description
Maintenance technician needed! Must be EPA certified have plumbing and pool maintenance experience.
Certifications/Experience:
- HVAC experience required (preferably with Heat-Pumps)
- Prior multi-family, hotel or building maintenance experience
- Willingness to perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance
- Must be available to rotate on-call responsibilities for after-hours and weekend emergencies
Leadership:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Professional appearance and customer service oriented
- Must be self-motivated, able to multitask and work well with limited supervision
