X Ray Technician

We are looking for a friendly, experienced Limited X-Ray Tech to join our team.

Full time and Part time candidates will be considered.

JOB DUTIES: (include but are not limited to the following)

• Perform x-rays
• Room patients and take medical histories
• Take Patient vital signs- blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, etc.
• Explain treatment procedures to patients
• Prepare patients for examination
• Assist the Provider during exams
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
• Perform basic laboratory tests
• Instruct patients about medication and special diets per Provider’s orders
• Prepare and administer medications and injections as directed by Provider
• Draw blood
• Perform electrocardiograms
• Change dressings
• Perform ear lavage
• Perform Nebulizer treatment
• Perform TB tests
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Secure patient information and maintain patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; keeping patient information confidential.
• Other administrative duties
• Provide back up support for front office as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current X RAY Tech License
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an x-ray tech
• Team Player
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Bilingual a plus
• Reliable and Punctual
• Flexible Scheduling
