Manufacturing - Machine Operator

Our Machine Operators are responsible for set up and operation of various machines to construct Hearth & Home Technologies' industry-leading fireplaces, stoves and hearth products. You'll be performing basic machine set up, load/unload, and manufacture of programmed parts including the disassembly and assembly of machines, and maximize efficiencies in changeover necessary regarding tools, equipment, jigs, carts, etc. The ability to complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule along with adherence to all quality standards by producing products which align with the print specifications is critical to this position.
