Are you an energetic Retail Manager who loves people?
Now hiring self-starters with 3 to 5 years of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience. The General Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the retail outlet, including sales, staff, inventory and customer service.
Typical responsibilities of the job include: recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff, managing budgets, maintaining statistics, promoting and marketing the business, dealing with customer queries and complaints, overseeing pricing and stock control, maximizing profitability and meeting sales goals, as well as preparing promotional materials and displays.
