We are searching for a Marketing Admin Assistant / Loan Officer Assistant to join our team at our Mission Valley office!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing Loan Officer’s social medial sites including LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Assist in developing and distributing print content
- Coordination of presentations--webinars, seminars, workshops etc.--securing venues, creating materials, ensuring packages are complete, registration
- Communicate regularly with advisors in the finance industry; provide appropriate resources and education
- Research and find relevant articles in order to create content for collateral materials
- Assist in engagement content for each social platform
- Monitor comments across all social channels and respond in a timely manner
- Assist in design creation of marketing materials, informational handouts, letters, blog posts, and emails
- Work as a liaison between clients, processing offices, and financial and professional 3rd parties
- Assist in creating social media campaigns
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- At least 1 year of experience in social media
- An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally with the other departments
- Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
