We are searching for a Marketing Admin Assistant / Loan Officer Assistant to join our team at our Mission Valley office!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in managing Loan Officer’s social medial sites including LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
  • Assist in developing and distributing print content
  • Coordination of presentations--webinars, seminars, workshops etc.--securing venues, creating materials, ensuring packages are complete, registration
  • Communicate regularly with advisors in the finance industry; provide appropriate resources and education
  • Research and find relevant articles in order to create content for collateral materials
  • Assist in engagement content for each social platform
  • Monitor comments across all social channels and respond in a timely manner
  • Assist in design creation of marketing materials, informational handouts, letters, blog posts, and emails
  • Work as a liaison between clients, processing offices, and financial and professional 3rd parties
  • Assist in creating social media campaigns

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally with the other departments
  • Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with analytical skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
