Job Description
Business System Analyst
IMMEDIATE NEED for a Business System Analyst to join a financial services company in Santa Ana, CA for a 6+ month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience participating in information security system projects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and identify business systems requirements to provide to the development team.
- Needs to be able to effectively conduct whiteboard sessions and provide clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution design.
- Create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage highly complex and technical integration to ServiceNow for various vulnerability detection with tools such as Qualys or Tanium.
- Develops new customizations with design, documentation, user acceptance testing and training.
- Technical and implementation focus is on providing standard and customized applications to resolve business issues with security access.
- Analyzes segregation of duties and applies principle of least privilege in security role design.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or business system analysis
- Solid working knowledge of standard features and functions of multiple applications/modules to field, analyze and resolve customer issues/problems.
- Identifies problems, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, tests to confirm, gains consensus, and implements solutions for multiple applications within multiple functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow
