Job Description

The Recruiter/Trainer is responsible for recruiting, training, and on-boarding all position level Dungarvin, KY employees. This position will conduct new employee orientations and will conduct conditions of employment refresher trainings for continued employment. The Recruiter/Trainer will be responsible to attract applicants through a variety of resources including but not limited to; online postings, job fairs, and media/newspaper advertisements. This position will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our recruitment and training efforts are performed at the highest level of quality.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. This position requires 2-4 years experience or education related to recruiting, teaching, and training. Previous experience working with individuals who have disabilities is preferred. This position requires excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, as well as time management and organizational skills.

This position is defined as a Limited driving position - defined as one that requires an employee to drive a motor vehicle as a part of his/her Dungarvin work, but the position does not require, or allow, the employee to drive motor vehicles owned or leased by Dungarvin, or to transport persons served in any motor vehicle, including the employee’s own vehicle.
