Job Description

We’re looking for a driven leader to join our fast-growing team in Kansas City, where we’re quickly growing and adding customers, accelerated by our unique COE approach to empowering customers to adopt best practices and architectures in today’s digital environment.

As a client engagement leader, you’ll accelerate our growth in the business by building excellent business-to business relationship with current customers securing revenue streams, create new opportunities with existing clients, and win new customers. You’ll be working closely with our senior leadership team, including our CEO, to accelerate the momentum for both CloudMoyo and your own career.

Other key responsibilities for this role include:

• Engage clients to build and maintain excellent relations. At the end of the day, you’re ultimately responsibility for a client’s entire experience.
• Manage the portfolio of clients, being accountable for the revenue, profitability, and success of those customer relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for new and existing customers and be the primary escalation point for any problems in the relationship.
• Partner with the sales team to win the client's business.
• Help with scoping the project and planning resourcing.
• Partner with the off-shore team (located in Pune, India) to review a client’s requirements and solve for any issues.
• Be able to proactively identify issues and partner with the off-shore team to propose solutions.
• While working with the client, you’ll “keep an eye open” for other opportunities within the same firm.
• Work very closely with the client to understand their specific requirements. You might interview the client’s middle managers or holding focus group discussion with its employees to assess how the project could be best implemented.
• Act as the change management lead while we are implementing the project.
• Obtain the client’s agreement with every major initiative in the project.
• Have a knowledge of the Microsoft cloud: Azure, data lakes, IOT, analytics, cognitive, and AI/ML.
• You’re a quick learner, comfortable with multi-tasking and working with globally-distributed teams.
• Be open to travel both internationally and domestically.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of Client Engagement experience
• Prior experience with enterprise software product, technology consulting or services companies
• Engineering or MBA degree is preferred
