Construction Installer

YOU MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN BATHROOM REMODELING AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE.

Bath Planet of San Diego is one of the leading home improvement companies in California and is currently seeking new and continuing staff members to be the face of the company to provide home improvement solutions to homeowners throughout San Diego, CA, and surrounding areas.

Services include bathroom remodeling, bath replacement systems, walk-in tubs.

Bath Makeover of San Diego is looking for skilled candidates to fill our Construction Installer Positions in San Diego, CA. Ideal candidates must be able to bend, lift, push, pull and reach for up to 8 hours at a time. Must be able to lift up to 80lbs at a constant pace.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Demo of existing bathroom
• Haul away
• Any kind of construction work as it relates to the bathroom (Building walls, setting pans/tubs, installing glass, cutting panels and gluing to wall, etc) 
• Preparing materials, delivering to job site, etc. 

Qualifications:

• Require some more advanced carpentry skills like building walls
• Experience in all aspects of bathroom remodeling
• Light electrical
• Light Plumbing
• Extreme attention to detail 
• Proven working experience as a construction worker
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 3+ years construction laborer 
• Driver's License
• Clean Driving record
• Be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local law/regulations.
• Knowledge on how to use tools required for jobs. 

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

Wages:

• Based on experience and discussed during interview / hire
