Job Description

Summary:

Cook prepares and cooks food, engages guests, and maintains food
safety and sanitation standards.

 

SHIFTS: Full and part-time positions available

 

Overview of primary responsibilities:

  1. Prepares food neatly, accurately, and in a timely and safe way.
  2. Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with guests.
  3. Checks products and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply
    throughout the shift.
  4. Cleans as directed.
  5. Maintains cleanliness and stocking of kitchen including dishes and dish
    station.
  6. Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization
    standards while preparing food, cooking food, and clean up.
  7. Maintains professional appearance and grooming.
  8. Performs light paperwork duties.
  9. Is a team player and willing to assist other members with their duties.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Previous restaurant cooking experience required.
  • Ability to understand, read, and speak English.
