Animal Emergency Specialty Center is seeking a seasoned full-time customer service representative to join our CSR team. We are a fast-paced 24-hour emergency and specialty animal hospital focused on exceptional customer service and patient care. As the face of our practice to clients and the public you must be friendly, detailed, and have excellent communication skills with a professional and caring approach to our clients. This is positions shift is Thursday to Sunday from 2:00pm to 12:00am, including weekends.

As the lead customer service representative, you'll:

  • Receive clients and answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain veterinary records and accounts
  • Perform clerical and data entry tasks
  • Handle financial transactions
  • Support the veterinary team

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a commitment to learning, and experience in a customer-facing role, and proven leadership skills. Preferred candidates will have veterinary practice experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
