Position: Customer Service - Entry Level - Will Train
Shift: Monday -Friday 8 hour shift
Pay: $16
Location: Bloomington, IL

Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide customer experience on inbound calls
- Average 50+ inbound calls a day
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office or CRM is a plus
- Able to work with upset or irate customers while maintaining a professional manner
- Able to work with multiple programs at once using dual screens & auto dialer
- Adhere to call center metrics including availability, adherence, and quality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
