Amazon is seeking an intuitive, high-judgment, and self-motivated communications professional to join the Employee Engagement team supporting Amazon Logistics (AMZL) HR. The position will provide support for North America Operations and AMZL HR through clear, factual communications. The individual will provide strategic communication counsel to cross-functional partners on a wide range of complex topics. You will be accountable to coordinate message management across various channels. Success in this role will require effective strategy development and management of the North American Operations internal HR communications for AMZL. This will include messaging development, distribution processes and supporting specific HR projects as needed. You will need to distill information to find common threads between projects, and be energized by juggling priorities. This role requires the ability to keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity and changing tides, be able to quickly get up to speed on complex issues, anticipate employee questions/reactions, and quickly prepare thorough messaging strategies.
