House Sitter Wanted - Seeking Building Sitter For Glamorous Newly Renovated Property

Posting: Hello my name is ALI. I'm searching for a caretaker working in Chicago, Illinois. I have a newly renovated vacant building near the intersection of W 79th St and S Damen Ave. It is very nice on the inside. It was done as a high end renovation. I just need someone to spend the nights there starting around 5/20. It is a pretty safe area. I have never had a single security incident there even though the building has been vacant for FOUR years. I have 2 security systems installed. Sometimes I may need help to restart the internet connection for those. It takes about 1 minute. This job may last about 2 to 4 weeks until I can get a tenant in there. I don’t mind if you stay in the building along with other people. All HIGH END appliances are provided and BRAND NEW: 36 inch refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave. I can send pictures of everything and you can meet my property manager. Duties: NO CHORES OR WORK required. I just need you to occupy the building so I can take off the security window covers until we get at least one unit rented out. It will be like a FREE place to live for a while.
