General Overview:
Assists employer representatives in processing Paycheck Protection Program (PPA) applications via in-bound scripted telephone calls. Answer employer representative questions regarding PPA via FAQ provided. Follow up on applications processed online requiring additional information via outbound call to employer representative. Answer general questions via FAQ provided. Escalate calls as necessary to supervisor or next level agent.

Full-time, Temporary 30-89 days from date of hire

Schedule: M-F 9:30a - 6:00p

Professional, courteous demeanor
High level of empathy and compassion
Technical aptitude to complete tasks ability to access cloud-based technology platform, navigate and work within platform.

Salesforce knowledge preferred
WFH Requirements:
High Speed Internet, 10 MB or higher wired connection (no Wi-Fi)
Computer, 8GB Memory, running Windows 10 or higher

Flexible based on availability during normal operation hours of 8am 9pm Monday-Friday and 10am 6pm Saturday and Sunday
