Furniture Delivery Driver - Full-time / Part-time

We are actively recruiting for an additional Furniture Delivery Driver. Our client is a premier Rental Furniture Provider in the region. You will drive to deliver and pick up furniture items and home decor. The Delivery Driver also assists the delivery team with the installation of the furniture items and handles customer requests and objections on site. This is a full-time opportunity in Savannah! The Delivery Driver''s work schedule runs Monday thru Friday from 9 am until 6 pm regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
• Load and unload vehicle
• Collect on unpaid orders and shipments
• Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
• Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials
• Provide excellent customer service on delivery site
• Supervise delivery helpers

Qualifications:

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
• Clean driving record (DOT Physical preferred)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline-oriented
• Must be able to stand for longer periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to group lift if the item is over 50lbs
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
