A flexible schedule is needed as you may be assigned a variety of shifts to include weekdays 6:30am-1pm, 2-7pm; and Saturdays 8am-2pm.

Duties include the following:

Greets customers, conducts sales transactions, provides advice on grooming, nutrition, health, supplies, foods, treats and toys.

Responds to appointment, reservation and information requests via phone, email, social media and in person.

Proactively up-sells other products & services to all customers.

Maintains DIY dog wash area, introduces new clients to DIY options and procedures.

Conducts dog daycare evaluations. Consults with staff regarding applications under evaluation and makes final decision on dog acceptance into daycare playgroups.

Offers conversations with clients concerning any potential behavioral or medical issues their dog is experiencing.

Maintains the store throughout the day ensuring all duties are completed to company standards.

Practices exceptional internal and external customer service.
