NOLE Barista

We are searching for an experienced and energetic Barista to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino.

- Promotes coffee consumption while also educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks.

- Maintains efficient, friendly service.

-Maintains positive Company morale and professional attitude.

Job Requirements
Must have at least one year experience as a barista.
Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
