Manager In Training

Jimmy John's is looking for management candidates.  Candidates should be willing to learn, hard working, and operate with integrity.  This is not a desk job, we are working managers who make sandwiches, bake bread, talk to customers all day long.  Restaurant experience not required, nor is management experience.  While experience can help, we've found that the right person, with the right outlook, and the right fit is more important than experience.  

We are Montana Owned and Operated Restaurant Group that was busy before Covid 19 and remains so.  We are delivery experts and have been in the online ordering game for a long time, making the "new normal" a fairly easy transition compared to traditional restaurants.  We are well positioned for the future and are looking for people to grow with us.

Managers in training will be paid $10/hr during the training process.  Once ready, they will transition to shift managers who make between $12-$13.50/hr, plus per shift bonus.  We have opportunities in some markets for Assistant Managers and General Managers as well.  Those positions pay between $32k-65k.  We've had multiple managers purchase their first homes in our communities over the past few years.
