Amazon is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead go to market and partner marketing, helping a variety of companies introduce products with Echo like functionality using the Alexa Voice Service. This role joins a passionate, fun team where everyone is focused on delivering a significant impact on consumers' lives. The senior leader in this role will work cross-functionally with product, business development, and central marketing teams to develop, manage and execute GTM initiatives both across owned, paid and partner led channels. You will define success for your segment and you will be responsible for leading go to market from concept through launch and ongoing, including influencing key product features, defining the out of box experience, building positioning and messaging, and working with partners to build and execute full funnel marketing campaigns. This role is central to the Alexa business, and the candidate best suited for this role will: * Think and act both strategically and tactically to launch hit products and scale the business * Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and quickly formulate plans that are deeply backed by data * Be a self starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced ever changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail Specific Responsibilities include: * Own go to market for a specific segment of Alexa Voice Service products * Develop segment specific strategy to launch hit products and scale the business * Collaborate with partners to jointly define, develop, execute and analyze high-impact go-to-market campaigns. * Lead senior level partners (internal and external) through complex negotiations * Use data to ensure the voice of the customer is present in product and marketing decisions, and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels * Conduct business analysis regularly to improve metrics throughout the product lifecycle * Manage co-marketing budget including forecasting and reporting on a monthly basis ABOUT ALEXA AND THE ALEXA VOICE SERVICE Alexa is the brain behind Echo, the Amazon device designed around your voice that answers your questions, plays your music, reads the news you care about, checks sports scores or the weather, and much more-instantly. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology * Experience with end to end product delivery * Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product * Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition * 4+ years of product management/product marketing/integrated marketing experience * Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously * Experience working with partners and leading negotiations * Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs. * Bachelors degree Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
