Team Leader - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Store Manager with day to day operations as directed to meet store objectives for sales, margin and customer service. Support company mission and vision. Proactively contribute to and promote positive customer and staff experiences that go beyond expectation. Maintain a motivated team that is dedicated to company success. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business. Act as a liaison for communication between staff and customers for the store manager. Open and close the store based on schedule needs.

18+years old
Reliable transportation and availability to work various shifts on weekdays and weekends
Strong knowledge of company policies, internal systems, and natural products. 
Minimum 3 years retail experience which includes staff training and supervision, hiring and firing.
Minimum 1 year merchandising, inventory control and purchasing experience.
Experience and continuous personal education in management, motivation, sales, marketing, and natural products.
