Job Description
P3 is recruiting for a Sr. Project Manager with strong process improvement experience. Our client a medium sized comapny is growing it's member base rapidly and has identified dozens of areas for improvment. Our client is located in downtown Des Moines, Iowa but this consultant will be a remote consultant for the forseeable future. The Process Improvment and RPA departments are collaborating and would like to add an additional Sr. PM to the team with the intention of full-time being an option for elidgable candidates. Candidates will need to prove they have worked in a Sr. informal lead capacity and should hold he following certifications: Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt or BlackBelt.
Responsibilities:
- Use Lead or mentoring experience to lead Jr and Mid-Level Process Improvement Consultants
- Understand areas for process improvement within multiple business, technology and robotic departments
- Identify, analyze and document areas current processes could improve
- Design and Architect automated process to change and increase efficencies
- Impliment changes in processes throughout multiple departments working closelye with deaprtment stakeholders
- Report timelines and projects updates to leadership with plans to partner with the PMO in the future.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field or direct work experience in LEAN process improvment
- 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, business analysis and process engineering
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite with strong excel skills, and use of project tracking tools.
- Leading large scale, complex process improvement initiatives, specifically using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Identifying RPA Robotic Process Automation opportunities to drive effectiveness
- LEAN Six Sigma Certification highly preferred
Salary/Benefits/Perks:
- Hourly Rate Sr. Consulatant $55.00 - $70.00/hr
