This is a Part-Time Position. We serve clients in Orange Park, Middleburg, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, West Jacksonville and North Jacksonville FL. Each Home Instead Franchise is independently owned and operated.

Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Companionship Care (e.g. conversation, meal preparation, medication reminder)
• Home Helper Care (light housekeeping tasks, running errands, transporting clients)
• Personal Care (assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence issues)
• Report and communicate with the office in regard to any changing in care to the client, as well as assist clients with varies conditions such as Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, COPD, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Professional or personal experience at in home care setting
• Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Must be 21 years old
• Possess a valid driver license
• Have reliable transportation as well as valid auto insurance
