Job Description

Construction company seeking experienced insurance industry project manager for Self Perform General Contractor. Types of project to be managed include but are not limited to all phases of insurance home repairs, Commercial projects, water/fire damage related home repairs, Home builder warranty work, apartment complex and tenant improvements.

Duties to include:

Over-seeing multiple projects from start to finish including materials and subcontractor procurement
Providing detailed schedule to dispatch
Directing technicians on daily activities
Organization and direction of your assigned jobs to achieve complete client satisfaction at the highest allowable profit
Review of technician daily work orders and time to confirm accuracy
Estimating when needed for change orders or small projects
Change order management
Submission of project RFI's and materials submittals to customer
Gather project manufacturer warranties at completion

Fantastic communication is required via telephone, text, email and in person. This person will work closely with the office administration for reporting of job status and schedule. Ideal candidate will be comfortable on a computer and using a cell phone and have a strong ability to multi-task, must also be comfortable using Microsoft office - outlook and excel. Must have 5 years construction project management experience. Estimating experience a plus but not required.
