Job Description: Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing all functions of the restaurant to ensure high standards of customer service are being met, as well as the production of top quality products.  The Assistant Restaurant Manager in this position will manage a staff of approximately 3-50 employees by assigning, overseeing and assessing their work and will be in charge of recommending promotions, transfers or terminations of employees based on performance. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will delegate and be responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the restaurant to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.
