Job Description
Our Vacation Specialists take pride in being part of a high energy Resort team focused on serving guests and assisting with the general operation of the resort.
Essential functions:
- Welcome and check-in owners and guests Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Make owner and guest reservations.
- Prepare pre-arrival letters and check-in packages
- Take service requests via phone and email
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
- Resolve guest concerns
- Communicate regularly via phone calls, e-mails, and meetings.
