HR Admin Assistant 
Atlanta, GA
Pay Rate- 16/hr 
 
Hunter International is currently seeking an HR Admin for a client in the Atlanta area. The HR Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to the Human Resource and payroll teams. 
 
HR Admin Assistant Responsibilities- 
  • Responsible for all filing and maintenance of employee files.
  • Help develop, edit, and prepare handbooks for New Hire Orientation
  • Assist with trainings for all new hires. 
  • Schedule trainings for new hires.
  • Scan and upload all documents for HR team and employee files
  • Responsible for assisting with job bids.
  • Scheduling for HR team
 
HR Admin Assistant Qualifications- 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Candidate must be highly organized and have strong customer service skills.
