About this job

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced technician who really knows their stuff when it comes to managing a small business computer network. We need you to take care of all the core “behind the scenes” elements that make a business network run smoothly, so our customers can focus on doing their jobs instead of worrying about IT.

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Are obsessive about staying ahead of problems – you believe that an ounce of prevention is worth way more than a pound of cure

  • Tend to be that person who is always trying to build the better mousetrap, even when you have to do it on a limited budget
