Automotive Service Advisor - Full-time / Part-time

We are a New car and truck franchise that has been owned by the same family since 1929. Due to recent growth, we need to expand our team to properly serve the amount of business we have grown into. We are a very service oriented organization that believes our customers do not deserve average experiences, but exceptional ones.

Job Summary

This job requires the effective communication with customers regarding the service, condition, and needs of their vehicle. You will engage with customers in the setting of their appointment, during their service, and in follow-up after their visit. The keys to success for this position are the ability to sell needed maintenance and repairs, communication with customers and technicians, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Schedule appointments
• Greet customer on arrival and create the Repair Order for work
• Sell additional service to customer based on their vehicle history, recommended maintenance schedule, and the technician inspection
• Create and close service repair estimate and bill
• Maintain communication with the customer during and after service

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience and a proven track record are great but not required. The ability to follow process, instruction, and the desire to learn are all that is needed.
• Clean and professional appearance and attitude
