Job Description

Our company provides home building services to local communities, including Clovis, Fresno, Visalia, Tulare, Monterey Bay, and the Central Coast. From the initial model home tour to the final walk through, we personally invest in making each home perfect for our clients.

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team!

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Construction and Operations.
  • Oversee all permitting and plan tracking/management.
  • Track schedules and coordinate with the staff and trades.
  • Process building plans with architects, engineers, and city staff.
  • Track plan submittals.
  • Record plan set revisions for large scale production housing projects.
  • Coordinate with the Director and field staff on project needs.
  • Assist with monitor variance purchase orders, change orders, contracts, and scope of work.
  • Revise plan set information using AutoCAD.

 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of residential construction codes, sequencing, and best building practices.
  • Proficiency in Google docs, Microsoft Office, project management software, and spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Able to adjust plans.
  • Able to modify information on plan sets (lot numbers, addresses, site information, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
