Preferred Care at Home is looking for Professional Caregivers! Cases are available in Macomb County, Wayne County, Oakland County, Lapeer County and Flint for experienced Caregivers - CNA’s - HHA's. We are looking for qualified, compassionate, reliable caregivers or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are ready to make a difference in someone’s life. Openings available for Days, Afternoons or Midnights.
Caregiver/CNA Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience working with an agency or in a facility.
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Reliable Transportation
- Vehicle Insurance (must be listed as a driver)
- CNA License or Home Health Aid Certificate desired but not necessary
- Negative TB Test/Chest X-Ray-Within the last year required
- L2 Background Screening - performed upon offer
Caregiver/CNA Duties Include:
- Meal planning and preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation
- Light housekeeping
- Mental stimulation
- Moral support
- Personal Care- Bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfer, and assistance with ambulation
