Job Duties
- Set goals to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives.
- Maintain front desk staff by recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new associates.
- Consciously create a positive and goal oriented culture that is consistent with European Wax Center’s Vision and Values.
- Ensure great guest experiences by training and coaching team on European Wax Center expectations and process.
