Project Manager / Estimator - Full-time / Part-time

TR Construction based in Omaha, NE is currently seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to assist with our growing concrete construction business. TR Construction is a full-service concrete construction company based in Omaha, NE area. This position requires 5 + years of direct concrete construction experience with foundations, flatwork and site work. The successful candidate will research and estimate private and public bid opportunities. Prepare cost estimates for assigned projects including labor, materials , equipment and subcontractors. Follow up with owners and general contractors to track bid results. Project management to include job set up for awarded projects to include contract review, submittals, estimate breakdown and scheduling. Work with Supervisors and management to facilitate daily project and project needs. Provide quality control oversight on projectgs assigned. Bachelors degree in construction management, construction engineering or related education and experience. Proficient with MS Excel , Planswift and construction software applications.
