The CSI Companies is actively seeking a Process Consultant in the Atlanta, GA area.

For a successful integration, Banking Operations must meet the following three objectives:

  1. Ensure continued operational sustainability to meet client needs,
  2. Achieve synergy targets
  3. Satisfy integration and client day one timelines.

Candidates for this role will be working on our End to End Optimization team to accomplish these objectives. They will be tasked with leading, supporting, or facilitating cross-functional efforts to drive integration activities from a process optimization perspective. We are looking for critical thinkers with a knack for relationship building, efficiency, and creating quantifiable and actionable recommendations.

Within the Banking Operations division, the OpEx team ensures ongoing business and operational vitality by applying our business and operations expertise across people, process, and technology dimensions.

To drive continuous execution and efficiency, our team partners with Operations lines of business to develop and deliver the most strategic transformational initiatives. We leverage capabilities across four functions to deliver operational transformation and advisory services:

  • Transformation Teams: Lead the highest impact integration and transformation initiatives for banking Operations as a strategic partner, not just as a project manager
    Business Intelligence & Reporting: Expand and harmonize an executive view of operational metrics and reporting infrastructure to enable data driven decision making and continuous improvement
  • End to End Optimization & Strategic Enablement: Accelerate stronger execution, change management, and client experience to drive continuous improvement for operational sustainability
  • Talent and & Communication: Lead human capital management initiatives and programs to support and enable our teams across Banking Operations

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic consultation for highly complex business problems and breakage points across Banking Operations, specifically as it relates to a merger and integration work between two entities
  • Enhance and transform process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Address pain points and future state needs and design, observing opportunities for target operating model
  • Leverage quantifiable data to support recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally within the Operational Excellence & Transformation team and core working teams to ensure alignment
    and communication
  • Drive transparency and accountability across the working group; advising and supporting senior and junior teammates

Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years at a consulting firm
  • Minimum of 3-5 years process optimization experience

Nice to Have:

  • Merger and Integration experience
  • Financial Services experience
