Wilson Elser's White Plains office currently seeks a Junior Privacy Associate Attorney.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level attorney to gain experience in a fast-paced national law firm working in a team environment.

The Position
Qualifications
•JD from an accredited law school
•Must have passed the bar or be admitted in the State of New York
•0-4 years’ of litigation experience
•Insurance coverage experience is a plus
•Strong analytical skills
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Legal project management experience is helpful
Responsibilities
•Draft coverage opinions
•Defend privacy claims
•Manage breach response incidents
•Work closely with partners and other team attorneys on legal projects
•Maintain communication with clients and individuals subject to cyber incidents
