Boutique Sales Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Overview

The Boutique Sales Manager is the lead for the Boutique at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club. We are looking for a candidate to keep the entire function of the Boutique moving smoothly to ensure wonderful service and sales. Flexibility is key--looking for a “can do” attitude!

Responsibilities and Duties

This is an overarching position to guide the functionality and flow of Boutique while actively working to continue to improve the Boutique atmosphere and set a high standard. Report to the Director of Operations. Basic areas include but are not limited to:

· Sales for the Boutique (both at the Polo Clubhouse & Tennis Clubhouse)

· Be a Brand Ambassador for the Club

· Run the Operations of the Boutique

· Oversee the Boutique Sales Associate

· Ability to lift 25 lbs

· Commits to work weekends and nights

· Negotiates and nurtures relationships with members and visitors of the Club

· Is a leader and works well with the entire Club’s team atmosphere.

· Commit to a minimum of 20 out of the 23 Sunday Polo matches of the Polo Season May - October (including both Saturday & Sunday of Labor Day weekend)

Compensation
