Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and present treatment plan to the patient
• Go over financial options with patients
• Submit and follow up claims with dental insurance companies
• Responsible to build a healthy treatment schedule for the doctors
Skills needed
• Minimum 3 years dental office experience
• Working knowledge and experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
• Well versed with Dental terminology
• Understands dental insurance plans
• Knowledge of dental CDT codes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and friendly personality
• Reliable and committed to work together as a team
• Punctual
• Preferably Spanish speaking
• Multi-tasking
Work Schedule
Mon-Fri: 8 am to 5pm
Sat: 8am to 2pm
