Caregivers needed for Mornings and Mid Afternoons

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

This is a Part Time Position. 
 

Responsibilities:

Companionship- Engaging in conversation, participating in games, assisting with walking, meal preparation. 

Light Housekeeping- Laundry, Making the bed, cleaning up after meals, dusting vacuuming, etc.. Assist with errands, transporting to appointment.

Personal Care- Assisting with grooming, bathing, dressing, and incontinence care. 

Report and communicate with office any changing in care to the client, assist clients with varies conditions such as parkinsons, dementia, alzheimers, COPD, etc....

Requirements:

Professional or personal experience  at in home care setting

Ability to lift, push, pull, up to 25 lbs. 

Ability to bend, twist, kneel, stoop and reach. 

Must be 21 years old.

Posses a valid driver license

Have own vehicle and auto insurance

Pass a Level 2 Background screening

Obtain CPR Certification 

Be eligible to work in the United States

CNA Certification is a plus! Students encouraged to apply

Serving clients in Orange Park, Middleburg, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, West Jacksonville and North Jacksonville FL.
