Grill Cook / Line Cook and General Utility workers- Wilmington Delaware
Our client is seeking Grill Cooks and General utility workers for their Delaware location. Serious inquiries only. Qualified candidate must be willing to successfully complete a background check.
PAY RATE IS $11HR! Hours of operation are 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs
- Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to client safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Job Requirements include:
Must be willing to complete Background check
High School diploma.
Previous experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must adhere to the uniform standards at all times.
