Service Porter

Tucker Ford would like to hire a full-time Service Porter for our Brunswick, Maine location. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills who can leave a positive last impression to every customer concerning their overall service experience at our Ford dealership. Automotive experience is not necessary for this entry-level position, as we will train the right individual.

Job Responsibilities include a wide variety of vehicle handling tasks and include:

• Parks and moves vehicles out of the service lane out to the back parking lot.
• Assist Customers and the flow of vehicles that drive though the service lane.
• They gas up loaners and sometime they clean them.
• They are trained how to use our alignment checker in our service lane and our battery testers to check as many vehicles they can in our service lane
• They clean the service lane area including windows, doors, floors and trash is emptied every day or as needed.
• They bring vehicles up for the customers when needed.
• Be able to greet our customers and check them in with a service advisor.
• Cleaning service drive and valeting vehicles.
• Other tasks may be requested at the Managers discrection.
Education/Practical Experience Required, a high school education or GED preferred. The qualified candidate must have valid driver’s license, an acceptable MVR and ability to drive standard shift vehicles.
