What you will do:

• Greet customers with a smile
• Taking accurate food orders
• Preparing all of Charley’s World Famous Phillies (Tasty Hot Sandwiches, Hot Gourmet Fries, Fresh Squeezed Flavored Lemonades
• Partnering with Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Restaurant Cleanliness
• Utilizing Store's Checklist to properly operate shift

Who we are looking for:

Whether you have experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, prep cook, FOH/BOH or no experience at all, we’re always looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team.

• A hard working player who wants to be a part of a winning, strong team
• Someone with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Someone who loved to help and serve others- both customers and team members
• An individual who is ready to learn new skills like how to use a flat grill (and more!)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Clean and professional appearance is expected
• We prepare real and fresh food by hand everyday in our restaurants. We will provide you the training you need to feel confident working at any station - grill, cashier, prep, topper, fry station, etc!
