The Kitchen Director is responsible for the overall operations of the Kitchen. The Kitchen Director will be responsible for ensuring that all food safety and recipe procedures are being followed. This position will work alongside a team of Directors to ensure that the yearly goals are met for the store. In our restaurant, this position will require you to work in close proximity to others. A sense of urgency, an eye for detail and leading others is essential. In addition to operations, the ability to analyze metrics, understand scheduling and productivity, and the creation of kitchen systems and processes will be required. This position will be expected to foster an environment in the kitchen that allows for continuous improvement, and a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Open Availability

  • Food Manager Certification
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Minimum 2 years of Management Experience
  • Restaurant Leadership Experience
