About this job
This person will need high attention to detail and make sure HACCP is in compliance.
They will come in and check ovens, check orders to be cooked in smoke oven. Completing a water activity report and checking it.
Working on 3 different smokehouse ovens. Pushing heavy racks of product throughout the day. Temperature testing and sending completed product to be packaged.
This is a heavy computer position and someone who does not have basic computer skills would not be a good fit for this position.
This person will be training on the first shift with the smoke house supervisor from 5:30AM - 2PM. They will be doing this for the first 3 months before moving to their permanent shift.
One position open on Swing Shift: 2:30PM-10:30PM
One position open on Grave shift: 10:00PM - 6:30AM
Must haves: Heavy lifting up to 75lbs
