Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a great salary, a benefits package, and a fun and friendly work environment!
Responsibilities:
• Keep up with shop and worker performance metrics.
• Ability to train and develop workers and be able to offer improvements to the operations, as well.
• Be up to date with materials and labor requirements.
• Oversee and the manage activities, production materials, and other processes when needed.
• Enforce safety codes, standards on the job, and a clean work environment.
• Convene with other departments regarding the production processes and come up with solutions when problems arise.
Requirements:
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the commercial construction fabrication shop field.
• Great leadership skills!
• Advanced knowledge of fabrication, mechanical, and plumbing.
