What will I be doing?

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our guests and potential owners to generate sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
  • Facilitating the use of groundbreaking training systems and methods to help optimize sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume each quarter.
  • Converting generated leads from the marketing team of existing owners into new sales.
  • Support and coordinate with the Training Department and Learning & Development regarding curriculum, methods of presentations, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high standard of performance by minimizing cancellation and default rates.
Qualifications

  • Past successful sales experience in similar luxury goods or services sector

  • Obtain a California Real Estate License by your date of hire
