Job Description

Ajilon is seeking an individual that would like to take on this Receptionist Opportunity for our successful client in St. Helena, CA.

This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Hours: 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday.

Dress Code: Business Professional

Pay: 18-19 an hour

Duties:

  • answering customer/client phone calls and emails
  • first face clients see upon entering
  • filing--electronic and physical
  • ordering office supplies and maintaining office environment
  • various administrative tasks and duties

This position will be trained and grow into being a successful Escrow Assistant.
