Job Description

  • Work with clients and Client Managers to ensure that system data is complete and valid.

  • Work with clients to troubleshoot employee record issues within the HRIS systems.

  • Work alongside Employee Benefits employees in order to extract data from various carriers.

  • Work with Client Managers to troubleshoot HRIS issues.

  • Assist HRIS Technology Specialist in creating Ben360 systems for assigned clients.

  • Assist in setting up Open Enrollments in Ben360 and other HRIS systems as needed.

  • Assist in building out client benefits in various HRIS systems as needed.

  • Build or refine Excel files for loading into the HRIS systems.

  • Build or refine reports, using system Adhoc report builders.

  • Assist in building out carrier Electronic Data Integration files or Data Exchange files for applicable clients.

  • Assist in troubleshooting data issues for various carrier files.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of Associate’s degree plus one year of similar work experience or some college and two years of similar work experience.
  • Must have strong understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
  • Must have an aptitude to learn and understand various HR, benefits, and/or payroll software applications.
  • Possesses excellent people skills, ability to provide client support, develop various user reports, and update HRIS systems, as needed.
  • Ability to ensure data integrity.
  • Other duties as assigned.
