Qdoba Mexican Eats is looking to add a customer-oriented Assistant Manager to it's team! We have both full and part-time positions available and can offer a flexible work schedule to fit your needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train, develop and coach employee performance
- Assign activities and tasks
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management opportunities
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent customer service and food quality
