We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.Our areas of service include Lake and Sumter Counties and the surrounding areas of Eustis, Mt. Dora, Tavares, Clermont, Umatilla, Wildwood, & The Villages. We are seeking friendly residents within our community that have a proven ability to build and maintain trustworthy relationships with all ages.
All CAREGiver employment is part-time/on call and focuses on keeping the employee as busy as they would like to be within the applicant's availability. **$200 sign-on bonus available, terms and conditions apply**! Position pay averages between $10.00 and $13.00 per hour.
Primary responsibilities & requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Memory Care
- Treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and carry.
- Possess a reliable vehicle, and the ability to drive self to work site.
- Possess a valid Florida driver's license and valid auto insurance
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
