Job Summary:

Schedule is 2-3 weeks on / 1 - 2 week(s) off. You will be paid time and a half for all hours over 40. This position is responsible for completing the Fabrication and Prep work in the Fulfillment Department. Primarily this position is responsible for scoring, punching out of die cut pieces, double-sided tape application, and assembly of small products requiring multiple pieces. These tasks are performed in support of Order Pulling and assembly. These positions are responsible for viewing the quality of print before their process is begun, so that any remake can be detected early.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reads production orders and ensures that correct number of pieces is available
  • Scores, punches and separates pieces for bundling
  • Separates and collates bundles for order
  • Applies tape and assembles accurate piece counts
  • Practices safety in all work activities

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience with assembling pieced goods is desirable, but not required

Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate and understand instructions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate (Read, speak, write, understand) in English
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations
  • Ability to pass a basic skills test
  • Available for weekend work schedules and overtime as needed
  • Required to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Ability to contribute to building a strong and positive team spirit as well as align with GSP values
